Thanks for shopping with Pretty On You, LLC. This is a small, one-person shop, so these terms are written to keep expectations clear and simple.

Orders

When you place an order, please make sure your name, email, shipping address, item choices, and quantities are correct. If something looks off after you order, email [email protected] as soon as possible.

Availability

Items are sold in limited quantities. An item is not reserved until checkout is complete. If inventory is wrong or an item cannot be fulfilled, I will contact you and make it right.

No Refunds Or Returns

All sales are final. Pretty On You does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after checkout. Please review product photos, size, color, quantity, and shipping details before buying.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. That is not a normal return; that is me fixing a real problem.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates. Once a package is with the carrier, delays can happen outside of my control. Please use an address where packages can be delivered safely.

Product Photos And Descriptions

I try to show items clearly and honestly. Colors can look a little different from screen to screen, and small handmade or small-batch variations may happen.

Site Use

Please do not misuse the site, copy content for resale, interfere with checkout, or try to access admin-only areas.
