Deposit Requirement

A $20 deposit is required upon placing your first order, whether through a live transaction or via direct message.

Mailing Address Details:

Please provide us with your complete mailing address, including apartment numbers or any other necessary information for accurate delivery.

Invoicing

Orders:

Once an order is placed and confirmed, no changes can be made. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the transaction.

Order Confirmation:

Items will only be reserved from live inventory to customers with confirmed payments.  Send us a screenshot or receipt from your Venmo, Cash App, etc as proof of payment. Only confirmed payments will secure an item from our live inventory.  Orders will be cancelled if not paid within 48 hours of receipt of invoice

Item Holding Policy:

We do not hold unpaid items. If you plan to wait for another live session to place additional orders before shipping, the current item must be paid first before ordering a new batch.

Hold Duration:

We can only hold your paid items for two live shopping events. After this period, all items must be shipped to you. This policy ensures timely processing and delivery of your orders.

 

Shipping

Label Verification:

A copy of the actual shipping label will be sent to you via messenger. It is your responsibility to double-check the information on the label. Please confirm with us if everything is correct or if any necessary changes need to be made.  

Notification of Mistakes:

Failure to inform us of any mistakes on the shipping label does not hold us liable for any loss or damage to the package.  All costs involved from shipments that are returned or incorrect are the responsibility of the buyer.

Liability Disclaimer:

We are not liable for any loss or damage to your packages. If you wish to file a claim, please do so with USPS, UPS, or Fedex, at your own risk and convenience.

All Sales Final:

All sales are final. We do not allow cancellations, returns, or refunds after an order has been placed and confirmed. Please be certain about your purchase, as we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
